Simulation mode

Simulation mode lets a team test an execution decision — a reprioritization, a scope cut, a resource shift — against a live model of their real plan and see the computed downstream consequences before applying anything to real data.

The distinction from forecasting: forecasts predict outcomes of the current plan; simulation compares outcomes of possible plans. Practically it converts arguments ("that'll blow up the release" / "no it won't") into rendered consequences, and makes AI-proposed interventions testable rather than trust-based: propose, simulate, then apply or discard.
