Product and Data 🔗

Everview AI is a canvas-first execution platform that helps teams visualize priorities, capacity, dependencies, and delivery risk in a shared workspace.

Depending on the configuration and integrations used, the service may process work management data, user and team metadata, comments, planning inputs, and technical usage data required to provide and support the product.

Security Approach 🔗

We use a combination of technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data and support secure operations.

  • access to internal systems is limited to authorized personnel;
  • data in transit is protected using HTTPS/TLS;
  • we use monitoring and logging to help detect and investigate operational and security issues;
  • we review and remediate security issues based on risk and severity; and
  • we continuously improve our controls as the platform and customer base grow.

Privacy 🔗

We aim to collect and process only the data needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use customer content for third-party advertising.

Availability and Support 🔗

We monitor service health and respond to incidents based on severity. We aim to provide timely support and transparent communication for significant service-impacting issues.

Vulnerability Management and Incident Handling 🔗

We take reported vulnerabilities and security events seriously. Reported issues are reviewed, prioritized, and addressed based on severity and potential impact.

If a confirmed security incident materially affects customer data, we will take reasonable steps to contain, investigate, remediate, and communicate appropriately.

Subprocessors and Infrastructure 🔗

We may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, observability, communications, and related service functions. We choose providers based on technical and business needs and expect them to maintain appropriate security standards.
