Everview Account vs. Connected Apps

Your Everview account is your one sign-in identity; Connected Apps are the separate external accounts you've linked to it.

Open in Everview

Your Everview account and your Connected Apps are two different things, shown on two different screens.

What it is

Your Everview account is the single identity you sign in with — your name, title, email, and avatar, all editable in Profile Settings. Connected Apps are the external provider accounts (GitHub, Jira) you've separately linked so Everview can sync work from them; each one has its own login, its own organization on that provider, and its own email address that has nothing to do with your Everview email.

How to read it

Open the User Menu: the top card is your profile — your one Everview identity. The Connected Apps card below it opens a separate Accounts screen listing every external account you've linked, grouped by provider.

What to do about it

Use Profile Settings when you want to change something about you — name, title, avatar, email. Use the Connected Apps screen when you want to link, unlink, or add another organization for GitHub or Jira. See Connect a GitHub or Jira Account and Manage Multiple Connected Accounts.
