A Grounded or Strategic answer's claims each carry an evidence trail — the sources they're built on, so you can check them yourself instead of taking the claim on faith.
Read it
Every claim behind an insight is typed as one of five kinds: fact, inference, prediction, recommendation, or assumption, each with its own confidence score. Under a claim, its evidence trail lists each source: where it came from, a snippet, and an open link to it. A source marked (stale) means the underlying data has aged since it was last refreshed — weigh it accordingly.
What to do about it
Treat a fact differently from an assumption or prediction — the label tells you how much weight the claim can bear on its own. If an answer includes a disclosure about missing or stale data, that's Ask Ever telling you directly where its own knowledge runs out, rather than answering past the edge of what it actually knows.
