Each scenario in the table shows its name, a hit probability (the projected odds it lands as expected), and a resilience score (how well it holds up if things don't go exactly as planned). The scenario with the best projected outcome is tagged Best outcome; the one that holds up best under pressure is tagged Most resilient — they aren't always the same one.
What to do about it
Don't default to whichever scenario has the highest hit probability — check its resilience too. A scenario with a slightly lower hit probability but much higher resilience can be the safer call if the underlying assumptions turn out to be wrong.
