Double-click a task card's status, estimate, type, or project region to open a radial dial for changing it.
Each dial opens as a ring of options over the card. Choose an option, or click outside the dial (or press Escape) to close it without changing anything.
Status Dial
Double-click a card's status region to change its status. The options offered come from your workstream's configured workflow, so the exact list can vary — most workflows include at least To Do, In Progress, and Done.
Estimate Dial
Double-click a card's estimate region to set its story point estimate. The dial offers a fixed Fibonacci-style scale: 0, ¼, ½, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13.
Task Type Dial
Double-click a card's type icon to change its task type. The options come from your organization's configured task types, each shown with its icon.
Project Dial
Double-click elsewhere on the card's identity area to reassign the task to a different project, or to No Project.
What to do about it
Use these dials for anything you'd otherwise open the task's detail panel to change — they're faster for quick updates while you're scanning the canvas.
