Sprint health

Sprint health is a composite, real-time read on whether a sprint is on track — synthesizing pace against commitment, capacity consumption, risk signals, and scope movement into a state a team can read at a glance.

Distinct from burndown (a single trend line, legible mainly in hindsight), sprint health aims to answer "should anyone intervene, now?" during the sprint. Everview renders it as five states — Idle, Cruise, Stride, Press, Overdrive — the two extremes being warnings: idle capacity or unsustainable pace.
